Where the data comes from
Owner-listed properties are submitted directly by verified owners. Builder & project listings are aggregated from public records (MahaRERA registry + builders' official websites). PG & hostel listings come from public Google Maps data. Builders, brokers and PG operators can claim, edit, or remove their listing at any time.
How we make money
Today: nothing. The platform is free and we eat the costs. In future, we may offer premium tools to verified owners (better visibility, virtual tours) and verified builders (claimed listings, lead notifications) — but the broker-free, no-brokerage promise to seekers and owners is permanent.
