What we collect

• Account info — name, email, phone, city, password (hashed by Supabase Auth).
• Listings you publish, photos you upload.
• Activity — properties you view, favorite, chat about, schedule meetings for.
• Push subscription endpoint (only if you enable notifications).

How we use it

• To show your listing to relevant seekers.
• To show your phone number to people who explicitly reveal owner contact on a listing — and to inform you who explored your property.
• To deliver chat, notifications and meeting reminders.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't share your phone number publicly — only with the other side of the same listing.
• We don't track you across other sites.

Your controls

• You can delete any listing or your entire account at any time.
• You can disable push notifications from your browser settings.
