Before you start Have these ready: - 4–8 photos of the place (your phone is fine — natural light helps) - Locality + city + state + pincode - Asking price (or rent + deposit) — ballpark is OK, you can edit later - 1 sentence on what makes it good

The first one is the cover - **Description** — 30+ characters. Mention what's nearby, what's furnished, what you love about it - **Locality + city** — important for search ranking - **BHK / Area / Bathrooms / Furnishing** — fill what you know
